Because little Anna told all her friends just how much she loved her YOU and baby classes, our first January block sold out really quickly.
So as not to disappoint, we’re so happy to let you know that we will be running a second postnatal block of classes beginning Tuesday January 14th at 2pm.
This class is run by our women’s health physio, Cyrielle who will provide you with a mindful of education to accompany your exercise programme.
Classes will take place at YOUtherapies clinic on the Lahinch road for 6 weeks at a cost of €80.

Thank YOU for your trust in our care and support of our little wellness business in 2024. We had a lot of changes this year, not least, the addition of baby Úna to the family. 🥰 Your patience whilst YOUtherapies navigated without its captain for the latter part of this year is very much appreciated.
Our team and services continues to grow with Cyrielle 💁🏼♀️ increasing her hours this year, building the men’s health service and now also utilising ultrasound to compliment her practice. Jan has settled in well at front of house 👩🏽💻. Éadaoin became a full card carrying physiotherapist 👩🏼⚕️ and permanent member of the team. The wonderful Women’s Health physio Maria 👩🏻⚕️ joined us from Liverpool, we welcomed Tricia our skilled Athletic Therapist 🦸🏻♀️ back from maternity leave. We are also delighted to bring Yoga back to YOUtherapies with our new yogi Laura 🧘🏻♀️ who will be adding Saturday sessions from January.
🙏🏼 We are grateful that Éadaoin’s sister and physiotherapist extraordinaire, Caoimhe, could continue to cover classes as needed, as did the amazing pilates instructor Fiona, whom some of you have met or seen in the recordings during the year 👯♀️.
