Women’s Health services
1 in 3 women experience urinary incontinence which makes it seem normal.
It is not.
Common does not mean normal.
Pelvic health physiotherapy can help.
If you have any issues with bladder control, constipation, prolapse, pelvic pain, have recently given birth or just want to ensure your pelvic floor and tummy muscles are functioning as they should then our women’s health service can help you.
Your assessment will include a detailed history discussion, postural and movement examination, pelvic examination (external and internal if necessary). You will be assessed in a private, clean room and you can bring a chaperone if you wish. The findings will be discussed with you and you will set goals and make a plan for management. Your personalised treatment might include goal setting, education, journaling, exercises, manual therapy or onward referral.
