Classes are run by one of our women's health physios and are ideal for new mums at least 6 weeks postpartum. Babies are most welcome 👼
These classes book out quickly so be sure to grab your spot. YOU and baby vouchers are also available and can make a perfect gift for new and expectant mums.

For those with limited mobility or returning to movement after injury/surgery, Laura is running Chair Yoga classes on Mondays. We're so happy to be able to offer a wider range of classes and a bigger schedule to accommodate even more of YOU on your health journey.
