I am so grateful to each of you for supporting this little physiotherapy business, which in 7 years has grown from just little ol’ me to a team of the absolute best 7 staff.

I have some news and I apologise in advance to anyone that might be unable to access our services as a result.

From 1st October 2025 our rates for clinical services will increase.
Our rates for our group classes will remain the same.
Besides our specialised pelvic health services we have not had a physiotherapy rate increase since YOUtherapies began in 2018. In order to manage the continual rise in overheads, while providing the same exceptional service in our beautiful clinic, we need to align ourselves more with the market rate.

As a helpful reminder, many insurers reimburse a percentage of physiotherapy costs and the non-refunded portion (or all if you don’t have physio cover) can be claimed on the health expenses part of your income tax return (previously Med1 form).

We hope that the option to prebook appointments for this year will enable you to get things like pre and post natal checks or sports massage booked in advance in order to avail of the current rates.

• Any bookings made and taking place between now and 30th September will be at the current rates.
• Any bookings made between now and 30th September that are scheduled for a date after 1st October until the end of 2025 will be at the current rates.
• Any appointment scheduled for anytime in 2026 (no matter when booking is made) will be at the new rates.
• Any appointment made from the 1st October 2025 will be at the new rates irrespective of whether it is part of an ongoing case or recurring concern.
• If prebooked appointments are rescheduled after the 1st October to a future date the new rate will apply.

• Initial Physiotherapy/Athletic Therapy Assessment - €75
• Follow up Physiotherapy/Athletic Therapy Assessment - €65
• Initial Women's/Men's Health Assessment - €85
• Follow up Women's/Men's Health - €75
• Pre/Post Natal Physiotherapy Assessment - €115
• Male Pelvic Pain Initial Assessment - €115
• 30 minute massage - €45
• 45 minute massage - €65
• 60 minute massage - €75
