Our website does not use trackers. We will only collect your details if you fill in our online form and this information will only be used to complete your request or answer the questions you ask. 

Should you start to use our services we will hold your information within our practice management operating system Zanda. This is a secure system fully compliant with GDPR. Their privacy policy can be found at https://zandahealth.com/eu/privacy-policy/ 

We will collect personal details as well as information in relation to your health from the initial form that you fill in and supply to us. We will store this information electronically on a private laptop with password protection. Consultation notes are stored on Zanda computer software package on a secure sever. 

We will keep your information on file for as long as you use our services and for 7 years after, which is in line with EU regulations for handling medical information. For children data will be held for 7 years after their 18th birthday.

We will not share your personal information with any third party without your prior consent.

We will notify the Data Protection Commissioner of a breach of GDPR within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless it is unlikely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms.
