These online memberships and are heavily discounted from in studio programs saving you money as well as the journey time from home.
Your membership gives you access to the content for 12 weeks meaning you can go back and repeat the sessions or perhaps do multiple sessions a week. If work or kids demand attention during a class, no need to worry about missing out you can pause and return to it later. It’s up to you how often and when you do them.
All programs are designed and taught by chartered physiotherapist Aideen in the same informative, educational and precise manner as all her live classes. Sometimes the bloopers haven’t been edited out either so you might get an occasional giggle!

This program has been designed based on best practice guidelines and scientific evidence as well as over 13 years of physiotherapy rehab experience.
YOU get 12 weeks access to a private membership area on YOUtherapies.ie where your program will include:
6 x 10-15 minute Educational videos
- Pelvic Floor Anatomy and function. How to activate and how to release.
- Diastasis rectus. Education and self checks.
- Bowel function and tips.
- Bladder function and control. Advice on dos and don’ts.
- Scar management and self treatment.
- Breathing patterns. How to utilise your breath to be strong and to relax.
6 x 40-60 minute Rehab videos
Progressive postnatal specific rehab sessions. Levels build from small controlled mindful movements up to gentle jumping and impact. A mix of exercise styles including pilates and yoga are used.

7 x 9-28 minute educational videos
- Research and guidance for exercising during pregnancy
- Pelvic Floor Anatomy and function. How to activate and how to release.
- Breathing techniques.
- Diastasis rectus. What to look out for and advice.
- Bowel function and tips.
- Pelvic girdle pain features and management strategies.
- Perineal massage and preparation for birth.
6 x 50-60 minute Rehab videos
Whole body exercise session focusing on your prenatal body with options for modifying or progressing and lots of specific reminders on breathing and your pelvic floor. A mix of exercise styles are used including, pilates, yoga, aerobics, gym ball work and weights. This is a recorded version of Aideen teaching an actual class.

12 weeks access to a private membership area on youtherapies.ie containing 20 full length (1hr approx) PhysILATES and phYsiOGA classes suitable for all levels.

The classes vary in intensity and often focus on a particular area of the body and are labelled as such so you can decide if you feel more like working on your shoulder strength one day or maybe stretching your legs another. Tips and options to modify or progress are given during the exercises as well as little reminders on common things to watch out for as Aideen gives cues to the participants who were live on the day of recording.
